What should I wear for my massage?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily remove, such as athletic wear or loose-fitting clothing. Most leave their underwear on as they will be fully covered/draped with a sheet during the massage. Since it is start law and regulations.

How often should I get a massage?

The frequency of massages depends on your individual needs and lifestyle. As your therapist, I can provide recommendations based on your specific concerns and goals.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment is very important to me.

You will need to place a card on the file for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

I understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled.

I ask that you cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, so I may try and fill your spot with clients on my waiting list.

If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, a charge of $65 will be charged to the card on file.

I reserve the right to charge full price for continued missed/ last minute cancellation on appointments.

Gift Certificates?

Purchase & Use

Gift certificates may be purchased in person only and are redeemable exclusively for services at our business. Gift certificates must be used by the individual whose name appears on the certificate.

 

Expiration & Value

Gift certificates will expire on the date clearly printed on the certificate. The expiration date will always be prominently displayed and understood at the time of purchase.

Gift certificates have no cash value, are non-redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable.

 

Booking & Redemption

When booking an appointment, please indicate that you intend to redeem a gift certificate. Gift certificates must be presented and redeemed at the time of service.

 

No-Show / Late Cancellation

If an appointment booked with a gift certificate results in a no-show or a late cancellation per our cancellation policy, the gift certificate will be considered fully redeemed and will no longer be valid for future use. This applies whether or not the service was received.
